MaynaAI is an AI-powered customer service platform that connects to your Facebook Page to automatically respond to Messenger messages and post comments on your behalf. The service includes:

– Automated AI-generated replies to customer inquiries.

– A dashboard for monitoring conversations, leads, and analytics.

3. Account Responsibilities

– You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

– You must provide accurate business information during setup.

– You are responsible for the Facebook Pages you connect to MaynaAI.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use MaynaAI to:

– Send spam or unsolicited messages.

– Violate Facebook/Meta’s Platform Policies or Community Standards.

– Engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activities.

– Collect or misuse personal data beyond legitimate business purposes.

5. AI-Generated Content

– MaynaAI uses AI to generate replies on your behalf. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be incorrect.

– You are ultimately responsible for all messages sent from your Facebook Page, including those generated by MaynaAI.

– You may review and override AI responses at any time via the dashboard.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of MaynaAI is also governed by our [Privacy Policy](https://bluwavehq.com/privacy/). By using the service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

7. Service Availability

– We aim to provide reliable, uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

– We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

MaynaAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Bluwave HQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

9. Termination

– You may stop using MaynaAI at any time by disconnecting your Facebook Page.

– We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

– Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MaynaAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
